The apartment, with its very distinctive character, shares a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with another room, offering welcoming and functional common areas. The 5-meter-high ceilings and the unique furnishings—featuring handmade objects and lamps created by our hosts Bred and Nadja, along with drawings by Bred’s grandfather on the walls—create an artistic, personal atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
The room includes a double bed and a sofa bed (suitable for 3 or 4 guests), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone.

• Villa Costanza Parking: Located outside the city center (€7 for 24 hours), with a direct tram to the center (about 20 minutes), a practical and affordable alternative.

Santa Maria Novella train station is only 8 minutes on foot, making it an ideal starting point for buses to Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole, Siena, Pisa, and other charming Tuscan destinations.
